目的:探讨二苯乙烯苷(TSG)对糖尿病大鼠心功能、心室重塑、血浆心钠素(ANP)、血管紧张素AⅠ、血管紧张素AⅡ水平的影响。方法:将W ister大鼠分为正常对照组,糖尿病高脂饮食组,糖尿病高脂饮食+二苯乙烯苷小剂量(10 mg/kg.d)干预组,糖尿病高脂饮食+二苯乙烯苷大剂量(20 mg/kg.d)干预组。16周后,用超声心动图观察心功能,放射免疫法测定血浆ANP、血管紧张素AⅠ、血管紧张素AⅡ的水平。结果:二苯乙烯苷可改善糖尿病大鼠心功能及心室重塑指标,降低ANP、血管紧张素AⅠ、血管紧张素AⅡ水平,减轻心肌负荷。结论:二苯乙烯苷对糖尿病大鼠心肌微血管病变有一定的防治作用。
AIM: To investigate the effects of stilbene glycoside (TSG) on cardiac function, ventricular remodeling, plasma ANP, angiotensin AⅠ and angiotensin Ⅱ A in diabetic rats. Methods: Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, high-fat diet group, high-fat diet group and low dose of stilbene (10 mg / kg.d) intervention group, diabetic high fat diet plus stilbene glycoside High-dose (20 mg / kg.d) intervention group. After 16 weeks, the cardiac function was observed by echocardiography. The levels of plasma ANP, angiotensin AⅠ and angiotensin Ⅱ A were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: Stilbene glycoside can improve cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in diabetic rats, decrease the levels of ANP, angiotensin AⅠ, angiotensin Ⅱ A and decrease the myocardial load. Conclusion: Stilbene glucoside has some preventive and therapeutic effects on myocardial microangiopathy in diabetic rats.
