绝大多数高校的体育教学仍然普遍采用传统方式、方法和手段进行教学,如何在体育教学中改变教学方法,培养和发展学生终身体育的意识则显得尤为重要。高校体育课中出现的网球热,采用什么样的教学模式才能更好的完成体育教学任务、提高教学效果,是非常值得研究的问题。本研究根据高校体育教学的特点以及大学生的层次性和个体差异,通过教学实验,对“分层教学法”在高校网球教学中的设计与应用进行了理论和实践探索。
In the majority of colleges and universities, PE teaching is still commonly used traditional methods, methods and means of teaching, how to change teaching methods in physical education, training and development of students’ awareness of lifelong sports is particularly important. The emergence of tennis in physical education in colleges and universities hot, what kind of teaching model can be used to better complete the task of physical education and improve teaching effectiveness, is a very worthy of study. In this study, based on the characteristics of PE teaching in colleges and universities as well as the hierarchy and individual differences of college students, this paper makes theoretical and practical exploration on the design and application of “stratified teaching method ” in college tennis teaching through teaching experiments.
