人性观对于管理者的实践活动影响巨大,在企业管理中科学地应用人性化管理思想,是人性发展的需要,也是企业发展规律的需要,更是以人为本、科学发展、构建和谐社会的需要。企业管理者必须树立正确的人性观,认真分析、研究人性的需要,结合人性的特点,实行科学的人性化管理,采取适合人性需要的工作方法。
The concept of human nature has great influence on managers’ practical activities. The scientific application of humanistic management ideas in business management is the need of human development and the law of enterprise development. It is also the need of people-oriented, scientific development and building a harmonious society. Business managers must establish a correct concept of human nature, carefully analyze and study the needs of human nature, combine human characteristics, implement scientific and humane management, and adopt a working method that suits human needs.
