乳核内消液为浙贝母、当归、赤芍、漏芦、茜草、香附、柴胡、橘核、夏枯草、丝瓜络、郁金、甘草组成的复方制剂,其中赤芍为主药,其有效成份为芍药苷。芍药苷具有疏肝活血,软坚散结作用,用于治疗经期乳胀痛有块,月经不调或量少色紫成块及乳腺增生[1]。该药品标准无含量测定方法,为了控制其产品质量,本文采用高效液相色谱法测定乳核内消液中芍药苷的含量,现报道如下。

Paeoniflorin has the functions of relieving liver and promoting blood circulation, firming and sclerosis, and it is used to treat menstrual pain, block pain, irregular menstruation or a small amount of color purple, and hyperplasia of mammary gland [1]. The drug standard has no content determination method. In order to control the product quality, this article uses high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the milk core internal elimination solution, which is reported as follows.
