Strinberg’s novel The Red Room uses the critical realism and naturalistic artistic expression techniques. It not only presents the reader with the image of a group of young and energetic young artists and their rough experience, but also shows the hypocrisy , Ruthless revelations and fierce attacks on all levels of fraudulent and decaying societies. This article will discuss the successful artistic expression of “Red Chamber” from three aspects: the characterization, language style and description strategy of the novel, so that readers can further experience the artistic charm of this novel.
