土坝心墙的变形破坏,尤其是河槽段心墙内部的平面变形,沿坝轴附近所形成的水平向弱应力破坏,为数比较多,对于这一破坏形式虽然已有理论计算方法,但因一些已建土坝缺乏必要的观测资料,难以满足理论计算所要求的边界条件和参数,因此,如何判定隐患的存在及确定处理方法,仍有一定的困难。自1972年以来,山东省研究应用劈裂式灌浆的办法处理土坝心墙的弱应力破坏和渗透破坏,较通常采用的开挖式混疑土截滲墙设备简单,投资少,并能较好的补充沿坝轴附近的小主应力不足,
