汽油调合是成品汽油出厂前的最后一道工序,传统工艺采用罐式调合方法,不能满足目前汽油质量和产量同时升级,并在提高产品质量的同时减少成本的要求。为了更好的适应竞争激烈的炼油市场,国内外炼厂普遍采用汽油管道调合技术对传统工艺进行升级改造。然而,汽油的管道调合工艺对控制和优化提出了更高的要求:如需要按照给定配方对组分油的流量进行比例控制,需要对组分油和调合总管处成品油的质量属性进行在线分析,需要根据分析数据和调合模型对组分油的调合配方进行实时在线优化等。本文结合汽油生产的实际需求,提出和设计了汽油管道调合的控制优化系统,并在中国石化金陵分公司的汽油调合项目中完成了实施。经过现场验证,该系统通过优化和控制降低了调合成品的质量过剩,提高了一次调合成功率,降低了密度分层,提高了产品质量,获得了明显的经济效益。
Gasoline blending is the final process of finished gasoline before it leaves the factory. The traditional process adopts tank blending method, which can not meet the current requirement of simultaneously improving the quality and output of gasoline and reducing the cost while improving product quality. In order to better adapt to the highly competitive refining market, domestic and foreign refineries commonly use gasoline pipe blending technology to upgrade the traditional process. However, the pipe blending process of gasoline poses higher requirements for control and optimization: if it is necessary to control the flow rate of the component oil according to a given formula, the quality attributes of the product oil and the product oil at the blending manifold need to be controlled For online analysis, real-time on-line optimization of blending formulations of component oils is required based on analytical data and blending models. Based on the actual demand of gasoline production, this paper puts forward and designs the control optimization system of gasoline pipe blending and completes the implementation in the gasoline blending project of Jinling Branch of Sinopec. After on-site verification, the system reduces the excess quality of blended products through optimization and control, improves the success rate of blending once, reduces the density stratification, improves product quality and obtains obvious economic benefits.
