根据动态标定实验数据,分析了负载变化对腕力传感器动态特性的影响。为了提高传感器动态响应的快速性,提出自适应动态补偿方法。动态补偿器能够根据负载情况来调整自身的参数,始终保证最佳的补偿效果。仿真研究表明,这一新方法非常有效。
According to the dynamic calibration experimental data, the influence of the load variation on the dynamic characteristics of the wrist force sensor is analyzed. In order to improve the fastness of the dynamic response of the sensor, an adaptive dynamic compensation method is proposed. Dynamic compensator can adjust its own parameters according to load conditions, and always ensure the best compensation effect. Simulation studies show that this new method is very effective.
