第二次世界大战以后,世界经济发展呈现出新的特点。主要表现为随着跨国公司在全球迅速蔓延扩张,发展中国家为谋求工业化努力引进外国资本。据统计,在60、70年代,外资投入发展中国家的比例为30%,而从1986年到1993年,外资引入则增加了五倍,占全球外资直接投入量的40%以上,其中,亚洲引入资金最多,约占发展中国家的49.5%,而东亚又格外突出,占亚洲吸收外资总量的87%。
After the Second World War, the world economic development showed new characteristics. The main manifestation is that with the rapid spread of transnational corporations in the world, developing countries have introduced foreign capital to seek industrialization. According to statistics, in the 1960s and 1970s, the proportion of foreign investment in developing countries was 30%. From 1986 to 1993, the introduction of foreign investment increased fivefold, accounting for more than 40% of the global direct investment in foreign investment. Among them, Asia Introduced the most funds, accounting for 49.5% of developing countries, while East Asia is particularly prominent, accounting for 87% of total foreign investment in Asia.
