Objective: To investigate the incidence of adverse reactions of anti-TB drugs comprehensive analysis. Methods: The clinical data of 261 patients admitted from May 2010 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected. The adverse reactions of anti-tuberculosis drugs were analyzed by follow-up investigation. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.3%, and the incidence of liver injury was the highest, accounting for 3.4%. The incidence of renal damage was the lowest, accounting for 0.4%. The adverse reactions of drugs caused by 25.0% of the patients were prolonged, the patients deteriorated and died. Conclusion: The incidence of adverse reactions of anti-tuberculosis drugs in our hospital is similar to the national average, with liver injury the most common. Adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs can easily prolong and aggravate the patient’s symptoms and affect the treatment effect.
