国务院《关于加强企业管理若干问题的决定》颁布以来,许多企业艰苦奋斗,创造条件,达到了国家规定的标准。这对于全面提高产品质量、降低消耗、提高经济效益有着重要的促进作用。但是,在“企业升级”工作中也出现了不少只图虚名、不求实效的现象,令人忧虑。有的企业为了通过“企业升级”验收,全部精力倾注在装修门面上,而企业内部的管理仍很混乱,废次低劣高耗
Since the State Council’s “Decision on Strengthening Certain Issues Concerning Enterprise Management” has been promulgated, many enterprises have worked hard and created conditions to meet the standards set by the state. This has an important role in promoting overall product quality, reducing consumption, and improving economic efficiency. However, in the “Enterprise Upgrade” work, there are also a number of phenomena that are not worthwhile and are not practical, which is worrying. Some companies have devoted themselves to the renovation of the facade in order to pass the “enterprise upgrade” acceptance. The internal management of the company is still confusing and the waste is inferior and the consumption is low.
