Professor Su Zongsong should be Sichuan Hydropower Society hydrological Professional Committee, Chengdu Institute of Water Resources Water Resources Committee and Hydropower Engineering Society of hydropower planning and kinetic energy economy professional committee jointly invited on February 22 at the Ministry of Midea Survey and Design Institute, entitled: Academic Report on “Water Resources Planning in Modern Water Conservancy Construction”. Professor Su Zongsong is the chairman of China Branch of International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage (ICID), the director of China Water Conservancy Society, the standing director of China Society of Agricultural Engineering, the member of Professional Committee of Agriculture and Water Resources of China Water Conservancy Society, and the member of Hydrology Professional Committee. He has been engaged in water conservancy for decades and has extensive experience in water conservancy construction. He from the basic point of view of water resources planning,
