以往通过对大鼠血和尿中砷的代谢产物的研究,已阐明大鼠摄入无机砷后在其体内可转化为4种不同形态的代谢产物,即三价砷、五价砷、甲胂酸(MAA)和二甲肿酸(DMAA)等。本文进一步报导了三氧化二砷经口投与大鼠后在脏器、组织、血液、尿和粪中转化为上述4种不同形态砷的代谢情况。实验动物用体重为250~800克的Wistar系雄性大鼠,每组5只,以20毫克As/公斤体重剂量的三氧化二砷(纯度为99.9%)溶液一次灌胃。给药后30分钟、1、6小时及1、2、3、7、10、30、60和120天后,分别测定大鼠脏器、组织、血液、尿和粪中4种形态砷代谢物的含量,结果如下: 1.血液中三氧化二砷的代谢产物血液中总砷浓度,在给药后6小时急剧上升,两天后达最高值,为对照组的200倍,120天后仍此
