On May 18, 2010, the Ministry of Finance issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Funds Management of Targeted Expenses Subsidy for the Central Financial and Rural Financial Institutions (Cai Jin [2010] No. 42). A total of twenty-two methods are divided into general principles, conditions and standards of subsidies, subsidized funds budget management, subsidy funds to apply for review and disbursement, supervision and management and legal responsibility, as well as Annex Six chapters.
