为提高喷吹法检测细长管路的工作效率,需确定管路检漏长度与检漏效率之间的关系。本文以理论分析结果为依据,设计了管道内径为Φ40mm,长度分别为30,36,48,72,108,156 m的实验。通过对关键检漏参数及实验数据的分析和讨论,研究结果认为:管路越长其检漏效率越低,不仅所需要的检漏时间多,而且不利于漏孔的定位与定量。当内径为Φ40mm时,最佳的管路检测长度为36~48 m。
In order to improve the working efficiency of the slender pipe by injection method, it is necessary to determine the relationship between the pipe leak length and the leak detection efficiency. Based on the results of theoretical analysis, this paper designs an experiment with the inner diameter of Φ40mm and the length of 30,36,48,72,108,156m respectively. Through the analysis and discussion of the key leak detection parameters and experimental data, the results show that: the longer the pipeline, the lower the leak detection efficiency, not only the required leak time, but also not conducive to the location and quantification of leaks. When the inner diameter is Φ40mm, the best pipeline detection length is 36 ~ 48m.
