在“数字高清”、“1080P 顶级高清”等各种有关电视清晰度及格式的概念甚嚣尘上之时,数字电视新锐夏新却独辟蹊径,提出了“色彩决定画质”的数字电视理念,并为此开发了动态真彩等系列技术。夏新提出“色彩决定画质”的数字电视理念,并非指清晰度不重要,恰恰相反,这一理念是建立在数字电视高清晰度的标准之上。而夏新以液晶电视、DLP 光显背投为代表的高端数字电视,其分辨率已经达到1024×768甚至更高,在清晰度上完全符合高清的标准。
