全面预算管理是企业内部管理的重要环节,在相关管理工作开展之前,应对企业集团所存在的财务问题进行全面的分析和把控,在这一过程中对预算管理工作中存在的问题进行调研和分析,并根据集团财务的实际情况探究的解决方法。本文在全面预算管理层面上,对集团财务管控体系的构建与实践进行全面分析,从而提升全面管理的实际效能激发企业发展潜能,进而为企业的高效发展创造有力条件。
