提高资源利用效率、优化卫生资源配置、发挥市场机制、满足患者的需求是建立合理的医疗服务价格管理体系的重要条件。医疗服务价格管理需要政府的财政投入,人社医保部门对医疗保险制度的不断地完善,价格部门加强对医疗服务价格的监管作用也显得尤为重要。当前医疗服务的价格管理应该作为切入点,理顺和调整医院的补偿机制,不断地完善医疗服务的价格体系,运用正确的价格策略来促进我国医疗服务事业的发展。
Improving the utilization efficiency of resources, optimizing the allocation of health resources, giving play to the market mechanism and meeting the needs of patients are the important conditions for establishing a reasonable medical service price management system. The medical service price management needs the government’s financial investment. The people’s medical insurance department continuously improves the medical insurance system, and the price department strengthens the supervisory function of the medical service price. The current price management of medical services should be used as an entry point to straighten out and adjust the hospital compensation mechanism, and constantly improve the medical service price system, use the correct price strategy to promote the development of China’s medical services.
