自吸空气喷射式脱硫再生槽喷管的研究与设计

通过研究脱硫再生槽和喷射器的工作原理,设计了自吸空气式的新型喷射器。它与传统的高塔再生本质区别在于富液与空气的接触方式不同,新型喷射器能使气液两相微分乳化(成泡沫流)并流向下高效充分混合,吸入的空气破碎为很小的微气泡,比表面积增加,气泡在再生槽内停留时间加长,使氧化反应充分,可连续稳定的为制气提供所需氧气。同时,使用自吸式空气喷射器可以省去间歇气化流程中的燃烧室,节能降耗,降低生产成本。 By studying the working principle of desulfurization regeneration tank and ejector, a new ejector of self-priming air was designed. It is different from the traditional high-tower regeneration in that the rich liquid contacts with the air in different ways. The new type of injector can emulsify the gas-liquid two-phase differential emulsification (into a foam flow) and flow down to efficiently and thoroughly mix the inhaled air to a very small extent Microbubbles, the specific surface area increases, the bubble in the regeneration tank residence time lengthened, the oxidation reaction is sufficient, continuous and stable for the gas to provide the required oxygen. At the same time, the use of self-priming air ejector can eliminate the intermittent gasification process in the combustion chamber, energy saving, reduce production costs.
