感染性角膜溃疡在我区广大城乡仍属常见致盲眼病,早期诊断,早期治疗是提高疗效,挽救视力的关键。以往对该病的治疗基本上应用药物疗法为主要手段,对重症患者药物很难奏效,常导致视力丧失,角膜穿孔。我们对4例严重感染,经应用抗菌素治疗不能奏效,积极采取穿透性角膜移植,术后配合药物治疗,保住了眼球,挽救了病人的视力,获得理想临床效果,现报告如下。资料与方法
Infectious corneal ulcer is still a common cause of blindness in the majority of urban and rural areas in our region, early diagnosis and early treatment is to improve the efficacy, the key to saving eyesight. In the past the treatment of the disease is basically the application of drug therapy as the main means of medication for critically ill patients is difficult to work, often resulting in loss of vision, corneal perforation. We are 4 cases of serious infection, the application of antibiotic treatment can not be effective, and actively adopt penetrating keratoplasty, postoperative with drug treatment, to keep the eye, to save the patient’s vision, to obtain the desired clinical effect, are as follows.
