本研究对 3 0 0名在校大学生的人格状况进行了调查和分析。结果发现大学生人际烦恼、懒惰、缺乏意志力等现象较普遍存在。对不同年级和性别的大学生人格状况的差异比较表明 ,四年级学生在人际交往、意志品质和调适能力的许多方面高于一、二、三年级 ,女生在外向性、焦虑性等方面高于男生。从调查结果分析 ,大学生中人格偏差现象之所以产生 ,除自身个体因素外 ,还有一定的社会原因。社会各界因此要普遍重视学生心理素质的培养和人格素养的提高 ,以培养出为社会主义市场经济服务的高素质人才
This study investigated and analyzed the personality status of 300 college students. The results showed that college students interpersonal troubles, laziness, lack of willpower and other phenomena more common. The comparison of personality status among college students of different grade and gender shows that the fourth grade students are higher than those of the first, second and third grade in many aspects of interpersonal communication, the quality of the will and the adaptability, and the female students are higher than the boys in the aspects of extroversion and anxiety . From the analysis of the survey results, there is a certain social reason for the phenomenon of personality deviation among college students in addition to their own individual factors. Therefore, all sectors of society should therefore attach great importance to the cultivation of students’ psychological qualities and the improvement of their qualities in order to cultivate highly qualified personnel who serve the socialist market economy
