大学法律中心在本科院校比较常见,但针对民办高职院校是否有其存在价值,这是一个值得探讨的话题。本文结合民办高职院校的特色和现状来探讨设立新型大学法律中心的可行性、定位和运作模式。
University law centers are more common in undergraduate colleges, but whether there is any value for private higher vocational colleges is a topic worth discussing. This paper discusses the feasibility, orientation and mode of operation of establishing a new university law center in light of the characteristics and current situation of private higher vocational colleges.
