大连期货大厦为超高层双塔,采用钢筋混凝土核芯筒-钢框架混合结构体系。结合工程特点介绍了超限对策。风洞试验结果发现,得到的双塔楼的顺风向等效静力风荷载比单塔楼的大10%~20%,且横向风振的影响不容忽视。探讨了嵌岩锚桩设计及确定基岩承载力的方法,得出岩石地基承载力在不同受力情况下具有不同的结果。结合理论及试验,给出了两端简支H型钢梁开设大尺寸矩形孔的加固方法,采用纵向和横向加劲肋的加固方法时,横向加劲肋厚度和宽度等于梁翼缘,纵向加劲肋厚度和宽度等于梁腹板。结合混凝土浇注试验,介绍了新型外加剂、新工艺在方钢管混凝土柱中的应用。
Dalian Futures Tower is a super high-rise twin towers, using reinforced concrete core tube - steel frame hybrid structure system. Combined with engineering characteristics introduced overrun countermeasures. The wind tunnel test results show that the windward equivalent static wind load of the double tower obtained is 10% ~ 20% larger than that of a single tower, and the influence of lateral wind vibration can not be ignored. The design of embedded rock anchor piles and the method of determining the bearing capacity of base rock are discussed. The thickness and width of transverse stiffener are equal to the thickness of stiffener and longitudinal stiffener when longitudinal and transverse stiffeners are used The width is equal to the beam web. Combined with concrete pouring test, the application of new additives and new technology in concrete filled square steel tube column is introduced.
