广东省是我国的沿海地区,毗邻港澳,是祖国的南大门。自从党中央作出实行改革开放的英明决策以来,广东省作为国家实施一系列改革开放政策的试验区,一直拥有在改革开放中“先走一步”的得天独厚的有利条件。二十年来,广东省化工系统不断深化企业改革,按照发展社会主义市场经济的要求,积极转换企业经营机制,探索搞活搞好国有企业的路子;充分发挥天时地利人和的优势,大力发展外向型经济,努力拓展国外市场,扩大产品出口,积极引进外资以及国外先进技术和设备,加快基础建设和企业技术改造步伐,并且大胆吸收国外先进的企业管理经验,使全省化学工业获得了巨大发展。
Guangdong Province is a coastal area of China, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao, and is the southern gateway to the motherland. Ever since the Party Central Committee made a wise decision to implement reforms and opening up, Guangdong Province, as a pilot zone in which the country has implemented a series of reform and opening policies, has always had the unique advantage of “going one step ahead” in reform and opening up. In the past 20 years, the chemical system of Guangdong Province has continuously deepened corporate reforms, and in accordance with the requirements of the development of a socialist market economy, it has actively transformed its operating mechanisms, explored ways of revitalizing state-owned enterprises, and fully exploited the advantages of time and space, and vigorously developed its export-oriented model. Economics, efforts to expand the foreign market, expand product exports, actively introduce foreign capital and foreign advanced technology and equipment, accelerate the pace of infrastructure construction and technological transformation of enterprises, and boldly absorb advanced foreign company management experience, so that the province’s chemical industry has achieved great development.
