目前我国的高速铁路正领跑世界,如何保持高速铁路的长远发展是高速铁路战略的重头之举。高铁的技术支持是核心竞争力,如何降低成本,获取规模效应,促进公共交通事业发展是高速铁路运营方案决策研究的一个重要组成部分,防止产业过剩,调整高铁结构是防患未然之道。借鉴国外经验并结合我国具体情况,运用现代市场营销学和战略管理学等理论方法,对保持核心竞争力和营销策略进行了系统的研究,并提出相关的政策建议。
At present, the high-speed railway in our country is leading the world. How to maintain the long-term development of the high-speed railway is the first priority of the high-speed railway strategy. High-speed rail is the core competitiveness of technical support, how to reduce costs, access to economies of scale, and promote the development of public transport is an important part of high-speed railway operation program decision-making research to prevent overcapacity, adjust the high-speed rail structure is a preventive measure. Using the experience of other countries for reference and considering the specific conditions of our country, using the theories of modern marketing and strategic management, we systematically studied the core competitiveness and marketing strategies, and put forward relevant policy suggestions.
