The first meeting and seminar of the third session of the International Law Seminar of Liaoning Law Society was held on November 30, 2006 in Dalian. The meeting first conducted the general election of the third session of the International Law Seminar. By the Liaoning Provincial Institute of Law academic director of the National Academy presided over by all the representatives voted to pass the seminar
