上海市第二建筑工程公司总承包的工商大厦是一幢地上36层、地下2层,总建筑面积达7万平方米,集商务、办公、娱乐于一体的综合性商务活动中心。大厦基础北侧5至8米处,有延安东路越江隧道经过。另一侧的裙房地下一层底板以下,又有在建的浦江隧道复线通过,盾构将在A轴与C轴的两列灌注桩之间穿越。市政设计要求隧道变形以毫米计,而国外同类工程的允许变形标准分别在1.5至2.5厘米之间,工程技术难度可想而知。
The Industrial and Commercial Building, which was contracted by Shanghai No. 2 Construction Engineering Company, is a comprehensive business activity center with 36 floors on the ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of 70,000 square meters, integrating business, office and entertainment. On the north side of the building base, 5 to 8 meters away, there is the Yanjiang-Anton Road cross-river tunnel. On the other side of the podium below the basement floor, there is another pass of the Pujiang tunnel under construction. The shield will cross between the two cast-in-place piles on the A-axis and C-axis. The municipal design requires that the deformation of the tunnel be measured in millimeters, while the allowable deformation standard of similar projects abroad is between 1.5 and 2.5 centimeters. The technical difficulty of the tunnel can be imagined.
