频宽(Bandwidth)是一种衡量显示器显示性能的方法.频宽的单位为MHz,是指每秒在每条线上显示的点数.更严格地说,频宽是指系统在点之间的频率反应.这些点是信号强度落在其最大值的特定百分比的地方(通常是50%~70%).原则上,频宽愈大,显示器愈好,尽管显像管的品质经常是影响显示性能的限制因素,但很多标准的显示器还是很少把频宽加大到超过某一个点.现有的显示器标准频宽如:VGA显示器18MHz,VGA+显示器 35MHz,CAD显示器 100MHz.
