目的观察草果知母汤加减方及其拆方对戊四唑(PTZ)点燃大鼠的影响,以期精简药味,揭示药物之间的配伍规律。方法使用PTZ点燃大鼠模型,采用行为学方法,对草果知母汤加减拆方组进行筛选,选取抗痫效优组,检测它们对海马内G lu与GABA含量的影响。结果草果知母汤加减方及其拆方各组与模型组比较,均存在差异。其中调理脾胃气机组(草果、知母、半夏、厚朴)、清肝敛肝合清心开窍组(白芍、黄芩、石菖蒲)效果显著,但仍以全方效果更佳。结论草果知母汤加减方及其拆方各组药物,均具有不同程度地影响点燃大鼠惊厥发作级别及海马内G lu与GABA含量的作用。其中全方作用最强,证实全方配伍的科学性及合理性。
Objective To observe the effects of Caoguo Zhimu Tang addition and subtraction formula and its disassembled prescriptions on the PTZ-kindling rats in order to simplify the taste and reveal the compatibility between drugs. Methods PTZ model was used to ignite the rats. Behavioral methods were used to screen the Zhiguozhimu Decoction group. Anti-epileptonysis group was selected and their effects on G lu and GABA content in hippocampus were detected. Results Compared with the model group, there were differences in the addition and subtraction of Caoguo Zhimu Decoction and its decomposed formula. Among them, the spleen-gas applicators (Grass fruit, Anemarrhena, Pinellia, Magnolia officinalis), Qinggan Jiganhe combined Qingxin Kaiqiao group (white peony root, radix scutellariae, Radix paeoniae Rugosa) had significant effects, but they still had better results. Conclusion The results showed that Caoguo Zhimu Decoction and its decomposed drugs in each group had different effects on seizure grade and G lu and GABA content in hippocampus in kindling rats. The role of all parties is the strongest, confirming the scientificness and rationality of the compatibility of all parties.
