小微企业在国民经济中占据重要地位,对经济增长和社会稳定有着重要作用。基于此,对株洲市小微企业的现状进行分析,株洲市小微企业的劳动合同签订率还有待提升,工资水平增长率有限,社会保险覆盖率较低,但工作环境满意度较高。针对以上现状分析相关原因,主要有员工与企业主的法律意识淡薄,两者的思想交流不多,以及管理方式存在问题。最后从政府和企业两方面提出了相关对策。
Small and micro-enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy and play an important role in economic growth and social stability. Based on this, the status quo of small and micro enterprises in Zhuzhou City is analyzed. The signing rate of labor contracts of small and micro enterprises in Zhuzhou City needs to be improved. The rate of wage increase is limited, the social insurance coverage is low, but the working environment is more satisfied. In view of the above reasons for the status quo analysis, there are mainly legal awareness of staff and business owners is weak, the two exchanges of ideas is not much, and management problems. Finally, the government and enterprises from both the relevant countermeasures.
