利用灰色关联分析方法,对从有条件随机选取的100个船舶碰撞事故书面调查报告中的人为失误数据进行了分析,识别出碰撞事故中涉及的主要人的不安全行为,这些行为对事故发生的贡献排序依次为:望不当、雷达设备使用不当、判断失误、操纵时间不当、通信交流不当、操船不当、未使用安全航速、违反规则以及未运用良好船艺.结果表明,灰色关联分析方法在人为失误识别中是有效、可行的.
