迟滞3年的资源税改革,有望在今年得以实现。在今年全国“两会”上,《政府工作报告》中提出要“推进资源税改革”。财政部确定财税体制将推进4方面改革,“改革资源税制度”被置于“推进税制改革”的首位。
Resource tax reform hysteresis three years is expected to be realized this year.
