我厂2台MQ112B 型刨车锯钻铣木工五用联合机床多年来常发生齿轮箱内浸在30号机械油中的电磁离合器烧毁的事故。其主要原因是齿轮箱轴颈处漏油后又没及时补充润滑油,使箱体内油量不能保证将电磁离合器外径的1/5～1/3浸在油液中所致。
