众所周知,洋思中学“先学后教,当堂训练”的课堂模式已在全国产生了强烈的反响,前去考察学习的教师络绎不绝。“以学定教、以测促学、过程前移”是我对这种模式较为深刻的感受。一、以学定教“先学后教,当课训练”这一模式的基本理念是将教学活动牢牢定位于学,由此决定该模式的结构序列与师生关系特征。该模式的教学活动序列安排原则是学生学先于教,即以学生的学习活动
