通过高淳县1981～1984年全程督导化疗(编者按:即全监化疗)资料与1991年高淳县结核病防治所结核专科门诊直接以全程管理化疗资料比较,认为全程督导化疗无论其治疗覆盖率、完成治疗率和痰菌阴转率均优干全程管理化疗。在恢复和实施初级卫生保健时应首先推行全程督导化疗。
