任何一门科学都有自己的研究方法。人类科学史已经反复证明,诸凡理论上出现新的突破,总会导致一种新的方法的提出;而一种新的方法论的确立,也必然对学术发展起到解放作用,推动理论探讨进入新的境界。同其他科学一样,行为法学作为一项创造性的理论思维活动,在很大程度上是运用新的科学方法(行为科学方法)的结果。它所承担的任务是要揭示其研究对象(法律行为)的真象和规律,为整个法学乃至人类知识宝库增添新的内容。
Any science has its own research methods. The history of human science has repeatedly proved that the emergence of new breakthroughs in all theories always leads to the proposition of a new method. However, the establishment of a new methodology inevitably plays an emancipating role in academic development and promotes the exploration of the theory New realm. Like other sciences, behavioral jurisprudence, as a creative theoretical thinking activity, is to a large extent the result of the application of new scientific methods (behavioral science methods). Its task is to reveal the truth and law of its research object (legal act), and to add new content to the entire legal and even human knowledge base.
