中国土木工程学会于1983年12月6日至10日在武汉召开了第四届全国土力学及基础工程学术会议。应征论文三百余篇,参加会议代表共175个单位270余名。会上湖北省建设厅和省建工局领导同志讲了话,清华大学黄文熙教授致了开幕词。会上分八个专题进行综合发言和小组讨论,即勘探取样及测试;室内试验和本构关系;高重建筑物地基与基础;土的动力性质;特殊土;近海岩土工程;挡土建筑物、边坡和堤坝;地基加固等。会上针对地基加固交流的内容甚为广泛,决定成立地基处理专门委员会,由浙江大学为
The Chinese Society of Civil Engineering held the Fourth National Symposium on Soil Mechanics and Basic Engineering in Wuhan from December 6 to December 10, 1983. More than 300 papers were submitted to the conference, and more than 270 representatives from 175 units participated in the conference.
