胫骨平台骨折是典型的关节内骨折，因此其处理效果的好坏直接关系到患者术后膝关节功能恢复的效果。目前，手术是首选的治疗方式，效果良好[1]。明确手术适应证，选择合适的手术入路，掌握正确的内固定技术，可大大改善膝关节功能，减少并发症的出现。如处理不当则可能导致严重并发症：关节僵硬、关节强直、深部的感染、创伤性关节炎、骨的畸形愈合和骨不连等，使膝关节功能受限，严重影响患者的生活质量。“,”tibial plateau fractures are typical y intra-articular fracture, so the treatment effect is directly related to the effects of postoperative knee function recovery.
