The Sixth Meeting of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council decided that this year a master’s degree should be granted to all MSUs of Communication and Electronic Systems for quality inspection. On July 10, six people, one from the Quality Assurance Team of Communications and Electronics Systems of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, convened by Professor Bao Zheng, dean of the Northwest Telecommunications Engineering Institute, came to our hospital for examination. The inspection team listened to the report of the college training of graduate students, inspected teaching laboratory equipment, libraries and postgraduate places of study, examined 16 sections
