1 Background and Contents of Pilot Research on Cooperative Medical Insurance From 1993 to 1994, the research group of “China’s Poor Rural Health Care System” tasked the socio-economic, health resources and health services of Xunyi County (poor counties) in Shaanxi Province and the county’s original bottom A total of 4048 people from 885 households in 9 villages in the township, Zhengjia Township and Tiaobotou Township made relevant peasant hygiene services.
