敌敌畏易水解和挥发,在外界环境残留时间短,不易造成污染,但其药效维持时间短。β-环糊精具有包结多种化合物的特性,我们用β-环糊精和敌敌畏制成包结物,对其触杀效果与未包结的敌敌畏进行了比较,结果如下: β-环糊精用蒸馏水配成6％的浓度,加热70～80℃使其完全溶解。然后慢慢加入敌敌畏乳剂.边加边搅拌。加入完毕后再搅拌30分钟,放4℃冰箱
