就 S- 316 (氯化三氟乙烯 )和 CCl4(四氯化碳 )两种萃取剂在非分散红外测油法中的应用进行探讨、分析。通过对使用两种萃取剂 (S- 316和 CCl4)方法的线性、精密度、检出限及回收率的比较 ,结果表明 ,在测油仪标定满刻度 2~ 2 0 0 m g/L 范围内成线性 ,测量精度 1%左右 ,检出限为 0 .1m g/L,加标回收率达到 85 %以上。在严格控制萃取剂纯度和分析操作的条件下 ,使用两种萃取剂所得结果一致 ,完全满足现场测油的精度。但使用 CCl4的成本远低于 S- 316 ,在用非分散红外法测水中含油量中有很高的实用价值 ,在环境监测中有着广阔的应用前景
S-316 (chlorotrifluoroethylene) and CCl4 (carbon tetrachloride) two extractants in the non-dispersive infrared oil measurement method to explore and analyze. The linearity, precision, limit of detection and recovery of the two extraction methods (S-316 and CCl4) were compared. The results showed that when the oil meter was calibrated in the range of 2 ~ 200 mg / L Linear, the measurement accuracy of about 1%, the detection limit of 0. 1m g / L, spike recovery of more than 85%. Under strict control of extractant purity and analytical operation conditions, the results obtained using the two extractants are consistent and fully meet the accuracy of field oil testing. However, the cost of using CCl4 is much lower than that of S-316, which is of great practical value in the determination of oil content by using non-dispersive infrared method and has broad application prospect in environmental monitoring
