“官本位”意识作为封建政治意识的重要内容,根深蒂固,在现实政治生活中普遍存在,主要表现在党员领导干部的群众观、权力观、政绩观上。“官本位”意识已成为我国反腐工作和推进民主政治建设的主要障碍,必须采取教育、制度等有效措施加以彻底清除。
As the important content of the feudal political consciousness, the “official standard” consciousness is deeply rooted and prevails in the real political life. It is mainly manifested in the mass view, power view and performance view of the leading cadres of Party members. The “official status” awareness has become a major obstacle to China’s anti-corruption work and the promotion of democratic politics. It must be thoroughly eliminated by effective measures such as education and system.
