目的讨论湖南省长沙县汉族育龄妇女叶酸代谢通路中关键酶基因(MTHFR、MTRR)多态性分布特征,以期指导育龄妇女个性化增补叶酸。方法对长沙县1 586例汉族妇女为调查对象,荧光定量PCR法对基因多态性位点进行分析,并与其他地区比较。结果长沙县汉族妇女MTHFR 677TT基因型频率为13.6%,MTHFR C677T、A1298C基因型构成与荆州、九江和昆明数据相比没有统计学意义(P>0.05);MTRR A66G基因型频率与廊坊、淄博、新乡、镇江、眉山和荆州数据相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长沙县汉族妇女MTHFR和MTRR基因频率多态性不同于其他地区,具有地域特异性。
Objective To discuss the distribution characteristics of the key enzyme gene (MTHFR, MTRR) polymorphisms in the women of childbearing age in Changsha county, Hunan province, in order to guide the individual women of childbearing age to supplement folic acid. Methods A total of 1 586 Han women in Changsha County were investigated by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and compared with other regions. Results The frequency of MTHFR 677TT genotype in Changsha Han nationality women was 13.6%. The MTHFR C677T and A1298C genotypes were not significantly different from those in Jingzhou, Jiujiang and Kunming (P> 0.05) Xinxiang, Zhenjiang, Meishan and Jingzhou data were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The frequencies of MTHFR and MTRR genes in Han nationality women in Changsha County are different from those in other regions and have geographical specificity.
