研究了碳热还原反应产业化制备的Ti(C1 -xNx)系固溶体粉末的组织结构特征。结果表明 ,通过控制原料成分C/Ti的准确配比 ,可产业化制备出成分优良的不同单相Ti(C1 -xNx)固溶体。粉末呈多角状和不规则形。Ti(C1 -xNx)系固溶体的点阵常数与C或N含量有很好的对应关系。通过调整粉末中元素的固溶度 ,可控制粉末的晶体结构 ,进而控制材料的性能。
The structural characteristics of Ti (C1-xNx) solid solution powders prepared by carbothermal reduction reaction were studied. The results show that different compositions of single-phase Ti (C1-xNx) solid solution with good composition can be industrially prepared by controlling the exact composition of raw material C / Ti. Powder was polygonal and irregular shape. The lattice constant of Ti (C1-xNx) solid solution has a good correspondence with the C or N content. By adjusting the solid solubility of the elements in the powder, the crystal structure of the powder can be controlled and the material properties can be controlled.
