我国证券市场由于行政干预和退出机制的缺位 ,影响了证券市场的健康发展。因此 ,应排除行政干预 ,规范证券市场 ;建立退出机制 ,完善证券市场制度建设
Due to the absence of administrative intervention and withdrawal mechanism in China’s securities market, the healthy development of the securities market has been affected. Therefore, administrative intervention should be excluded to standardize the securities market; the establishment of an exit mechanism and the improvement of the securities market system
