2012-2014学年关于高中新课改的培训使我对英语教学的新教法大开了眼界,在培训过程中我见识了许多优秀教师的课堂设计,也目睹了几个很有经验的老师“全班总动员”课堂的精彩,这些学习让我对改革后的新的课堂教学有了更加深入的了解。在一步一步踏踏实实的实践中,我发现原来英语课可以这么轻松而有效地上,对于已执教十年有余的我如获得了新生,我效仿并更新了教学模式,在此与大家互相学习探讨。“教为主导,学为主体,师生互动共同发展”和把课堂还给学生
The 2012-2014 academic year training on new curriculum reform in high school opened my eyes to new teaching methods in English teaching.
