医患沟通是医务人员必备技能之一,贯穿于医疗活动的全过程。影响医患沟通的主要因素涉及政府及各级医疗机构、医务人员、患者和家属、新闻媒体等各方面。通过发挥政府及各级医疗机构对医患沟通的导向及监管作用,提升医务人员的人文素养、专业知识水平,改善沟通技巧,提高民众文化、道德修养,发挥媒体正面宣传作用,构建并有效实施以医务人员为主导的医患沟通机制,可以缓解紧张的医患关系,减少医疗纠纷,提高医疗服务质量,促进医学发展和社会进步。
Doctor-patient communication is one of the essential skills of medical staff throughout the whole process of medical activities. The main factors affecting the communication between doctors and patients involve the government and all levels of medical institutions, medical personnel, patients and their families, the news media and so on. Through giving play to the guiding and supervisory role of government and medical institutions at all levels in the communication between doctors and patients, we should enhance the humanistic accomplishment and professional knowledge of medical personnel, improve communication skills, enhance people’s culture and ethics, give full play to the media’s positive propaganda role, and establish and effectively implement Medical staff-led communication mechanism between doctors and patients can ease the tension between doctor-patient relationship, reduce medical disputes, improve the quality of medical services and promote the development of medicine and social progress.
