近日外媒上有评论文章指出,全球创新正在向亚洲特别是中国转移,中国这一世界工厂正在转变为一台庞大的研发机器。美国《外交政策》杂志网站2月6日所刊的一篇文章说,中国正在成为新的创新大国。文章说,美国国家科学委员会的一份报告显示,中国高科技产出正在接近美国的水平;这份报告得出的两个基本结论是:世界的高科技重心正在转向亚洲特别是中国,中国在世界高科技制造方面所占的份额2012年达到24%,仅略低于美国所占的27%。
Recent foreign media commentators pointed out that global innovation is being shifted to Asia, especially China, and the world’s factory in China is being transformed into a huge R & D engine. An article published on February 6 by the U.S. foreign policy magazine website said that China is becoming a new big innovation country. The article said a report from the National Science Council shows that China’s high-tech output is approaching that of the United States. The two basic conclusions reached in this report are: The world’s high-tech center of gravity is shifting to Asia, especially China, and China The world share of high-tech manufacturing reached 24% in 2012, just slightly below the 27% figure of the United States.
