目的观察妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性附件炎患者的临床效果。方法选取门诊收治的慢性附件炎患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组接受常规抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用妇科千金胶囊治疗,治疗后观察2组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及随访情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的71.9%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.5%,低于对照组的37.5%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为12.5%,低于对照组的34.4%(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素用于慢性附件炎的治疗效果显著,可降低药物的不良反应发生率与疾病的复发率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of gynecological Qianjin capsules combined with antibiotics in patients with chronic annexitis. Methods Sixty-four chronic appendicitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine antibiotic treatment. The observation group was treated with Qianqiyin capsule on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the treatment effect, adverse reactions and follow-up of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.8%, which was higher than that in the control group (71.9%, P <0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 12.5%, which was lower than that in the control group (37.5%, P <0.05) Was 12.5%, lower than 34.4% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Gynecological Qianjin capsules combined with antibiotics for the treatment of chronic annexitis significant effect, can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and disease recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
